Alumna Amanda Strugala enjoyed her high school science courses so much that she decided to pursue a career in the field. “I was attracted to the University primarily for its small campus and small student body,” she said. Juggling a major in health science and a minor in fitness and health management was challenging for Amanda, but as a graduate, she is reaping the rewards. “My degree gave me the backbone of what I need for continuing my education, as well as for when I begin my career in nursing.” Upon graduation, Amanda entered an 11-month accelerated career entry bachelor of nursing program at Drexel University. “University of the Sciences prepared me for my future, and as I look back on my time there, I’ll remember all of the challenges I had to overcome and the success I faced at the end.”
