Stacey Gorski knew that University of the Sciences was the best school to launch her promising career in scientific research. “When I was looking at colleges, I was so impressed with the biology department’s dedication to its students and research that University of the Sciences was the only college I applied to,” she said. Upon graduation, with three years of undergraduate research experience under her belt, Stacey was accepted to her first choice of graduate programs in the infectious disease department at the University of Virginia. “I was accepted because of the unique science background and opportunities that University of the Sciences provided me.” Looking back, Stacey added, “I had a fantastic experience at the University and I’ll forever remember the professors that encouraged my professional career. If I had to do it all over again – I wouldn’t change a thing.”
