Oversees the affairs of SOTA and its officers.

Fills in when the President is unable to attend to duties or meetings.
Oversees Blackboard and the SOTA website.
Acts in public relations for SOTA.

Roles

Take notes for every meeting.
Posts notes and up coming events on blackboard.
Prints up the agenda for meetings. (With sections specifically for reporting and discussing)
Compiles Phone list
Manages the event evaluation forms
Reponsible for all paper copies pertainent to SOTA, such as fliers.

Treasurer
Jessica Fuhrman
Roles

Tracks budget.
Keep records and receipts.
Deposits and withdraws money.
Collects money.
Maintains the dues list.
Responsible for all of SOTA's finances.

Builds the website and maintains it.
Take pictures of events with the department digital camera.
Keep records of events.

Takes any concerns that members of SOTA or OT students have to the Student Government Association.
Attends the SGA meetings.
Communicates with secretary regarding upcoming USP events.
