University of the Sciences in Philadelphia Appoints New Executive Director of Advanced Concepts USP

University of the Sciences in Philadelphia has appointed Lisa Finkelstein as executive director of Advanced Concepts USP.  Her responsibilities include helping to develop new approaches and product services that will enhance Advanced Concepts USP and the University's image in industry.

Finkelstein brings to the office of Advanced Concepts USP more than 20 years of experience in strategic business and product development, strategic planning, marketing and communications and organizational redesign.   She also has expertise in developing business opportunities and cultivating strategic alliances.  Before coming to USP, she was a strategic business development consultant.

She received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Advanced Concepts USP is the strategic business unit of the University.  Advanced Concepts USP provides education and consulting services to pharmaceutical companies and other health-related organizations through the University's areas of expertise, including research initiatives, industry intelligence, sales training, corporate education, eBusiness services and strategic marketing services.
