Finding Opportunities
The Office of Sponsored Projects and Research will, upon request
search for funding opportunities, or potential researchers may utilize
the internet tools below to perform fund searches.
Community
of Science (COS) - an up-to-date database of announcements
for grants, fellowships, awards and more from around the world,
comprising than 23,000 records worth over $33 billion. This database
is searchable by a number of parameters. For off-campus access,
you will have to go to this URL to get proxied: http://db.usip.edu/login?url=http://fundingopps.cos.com
When you click on this link you will see a login page. You will
then have to login with your USIP email account username and password
(NOT the network account username and password).
GrantsNet –
A searchable, continuously updated, database of funding opportunities
in biomedical research and science education. It contains programs
that offer training and research funding for graduate and medical
students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty, as well as programs
in science, math, engineering, and technology for undergraduate
faculty and students.
Grants.Gov - Grants.gov
allows organizations to electronically find and apply for competitive
grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies. Grants.gov
is THE single access point for over 900 grant programs offered by
the 26 Federal grant-making agencies.
