You may already have earned a bachelor’s degree and be working as a Physical Therapist and want to earn your doctorate. Or you may just be graduating from high school looking for a fast track to a physical therapy doctoral degree. You may be a transfer student who is interested in gaining the advantage of a USP education. We have program options to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to pursue your degree full-time or part-time, as a student just starting out, or as a working professional with a demanding career, we can provide degree-pursuit alternatives that are right for you.

There are three options for entering our full-time Entry-Level DPT Program:

  • As a Direct-Entry DPT student you declare your major as a freshman and earn your degree in just six years.
  • As a Transfer DPT student you can begin immediately to take advantage of the educational and clinical advantages of USP.
  • As a Post-Baccalaureate DPT student you have earned a bachelor’s degree and wish to pursue a doctorate in Physical Therapy. You will enter the DPT program in the First Professional Year.

USP also offers the part-time Post-Professional DPT option:

  • As a USP physical therapy alumnus, you can enter the Post-Professional DPT program and conveniently pursue your advanced degree while you’re working. Many courses can be taken conveniently online.
