The USP Direct-entry doctoral (DPT) admission option is one of the few direct-entry DPT programs in the nation. Declare your major as a freshman and earn your doctorate in just six years. Smoothly transition from the educational to the professional phase of the program—without having to reapply or take the GRE—as long as you meet academic criteria and complete program requirements. From the start you’ll be immersed in a learning environment focused on health care. And instead of competing with other students for space in the professional phase, you’ll be working together.

  • Effective for entering Freshman, Fall ’08, the CHS has passed the requirement of a 3.0 GPA to enter the professional phase of the curriculum for the Doctor of Physical Therapy students
