Academic Minors
An academic minor is a concentration of courses,
usually with a common theme, which allows you to develop expertise
in a discipline outside your major.
A minor is intended to enrich
your education by broadening your scope of knowledge and experience
beyond that obtained for your major.
While a minor is not required at USP, it can expand
your job opportunities, increase your potential for career advancement,
and enhance your graduate school options.
