Class Descriptions

20-20-20 - This combination session is 20 minutes of hi impact/ lo impact cardio, 20 minutes of core training and 20 minutes of full body toning

**30-30 - This combination session is 30 minutes of hi/lo impact aerobics and 30 minutes of full body toning.

Butts and Guts - This is an intense workout from the waist down! Working the big muscles along with the abs, low back and obliques this is sure to be one of your favorites.

Boot Camp - This 60 minute fun but challenging class works your entire body. It is a hard-core mix of circuit weight training and cardiovascular drills. Boot Camp is appropriate for all fitness levels and will whip you into shape!

Club F.I.T. (Fun Intense Training) – Keep that beach body you developed over the summer with this 60 minute class.  This energetic class provides a full body workout with emphasis on total body strength and core stability/power.

Kickboxing - Bored with the same old aerobics class? Looking for a high-intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat. If so, this 60 minute kickboxing class is for you!

Pilates - A 60 minute body conditioning session utilizing stretching and strengthening exercises. Designed to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility and balance as well as the mind.

**Shapely Girl – All shapes, sizes and genders are welcome to this class that combines cardio conditioning, muscle toning and Pilates to work your core.  

Spinning - A 50 minute session of rigorous cardiovascular training using a Johnny G Spinner (modified stationary bike). Please bring water and a towel. Space is limited to 13 individuals, so don't be late.

**Spin and Shape Up - This class is a combination of 20-25 minutes of Spinning and 20 minutes of Bootcamp to tone your body into shape.  Space is limited to 13 individuals, so don't be late.

Yoga - Relax, stretch and tone muscles in this fitness session designed to enhance your mental, physical and spiritual fitness. This ancient form of exercise reduces stress, increases flexibility, and improves circulation.

ZUMBA – Burn 500-800 calories in this one hour aerobic dance party to great up-tempo Latin Music.
