Working with a Campus Recreation personal trainer
is an effective way to help you achieve your health and fitness
goals. Your trainer will develop a customized workout plan specific
to your needs. During a session you will be instrucuted on proper
weight lifting forms and techniques. More important you will gain
motivation and more knowledge about fitness.
Whatever your motivation, working one-on-one with
a certified personal trainer can help maximize your workouts at
a price you can afford.

If you ever wondered what it was like to work with a personal

fitness assessment and two 30 minute training sessions. The
Try It Out package can only be used once a year. |

Meet your certified personal trainer for the initial fitness
assessment. After your assessment you will receive a month long
or three month program (updated every month) via email. You
will also recieve fitness tips and have access to a certified
personal trainer for questions and concerns through e-mail.
Your questions and concerns will be addressed within a 48 hour
period. |
