Reserves Form

If you have books on Reserve from a previous semester, you will receive a list detailing these titles via email. Please indicate whether you would like the Library to retain or remove these from Reserve.

To request that the Library purchase a new title or updated edition to place on Reserve, please complete the form below (one per title).
