How to Find Books

Search the J.W. England Library catalog, Catalyst, by keyword, title or author.  The catalog will list the location and call number for each book.

Circulating books are on the 3rd floor, arranged by call number.  The call numbers of most of our books begin with letters of the alphabet.  Older books begin directly with numbers.  To see an arrangement of call numbers and the subjects they represent, link here.

Non-circulating items are located on the 1st floor (Reference and Reserve).

Circulating books can be checked out at the 1st floor Circulation Desk with a current USP ID card.
