Student Account Activation

Following are instructions and links to assist in establishing all USP IT accounts and services as well as resetting forgotten passwords:

1. Obtain your user name
   • Click here to obtain your user name:

   • Click on "What's my User ID?" and follow instructions.
   • This user name will be the same for ALL USP accounts.
   • To obtain your Network (Angel or Web Advisor) password you must contact the IT Helpdesk by email from your USP EMAIL ACCOUNT.
     
     
2. Activate USP Live Mail
   • Click here to activate your email account:

   • To obtain your Live Mail password you must contact the IT Helpdesk @ 215-596-7575.
     
     
3. Enroll in Password Management
   • Click here to enroll in password recovery:
     Password Recovery
   • This tool will allow your to change or reset your password.
   • Passwords expire every 90 days.
     
     
4. Sign-up for the USP Emergency Alert System
   • This service will send an email and/or text alert if there is an emergency on campus.
