Web Advisor is can be accessed by going to https://webad.usip.edu.

1. Click on the following link : https://webad.usip.edu
2. At the bottom left corner of the screen, click on the link for "Account Information".
3. Click the link for "What's my User ID?"
   Please read the "What information do I need to get my user name?" for what information you will need to provide to get your user name. Also read "How do I format ..." for more information about how to enter the information.

What information do I need to get my user name?

To retrieve your user name you will need two pieces of information:

• Your last name
• Your student id number or social security number

How do I format ... to get my user name?

Make sure you enter the information formatted correctly. The correct format is

• Last Name - all lowercase letters - "smith"
• Social Security Number - include dashes, no spaces -"123-45-6789"
• Student ID Number -7 digits with leading zeros. If your ID number is less then seven digits you will need to add zeros onto the front to make it seven digits. - "0012345"
