Installing the Cisco Clean Access Agent

NOTE: The Cisco Clean Access Agent is required to be installed on all residential computers in order to have internet access.

To install Clean Access Agent:

1. Users will be redirected to the Clean Access home page when they first open their browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc)
2. Click "OK" to the security dialog box that appears when you are being redirected.
3. Type your USP username and password.
4. Click on the "Download Clean Access Agent" button.
5. Click "YES" to the security dialog box.
6. Click "RUN/OPEN" on the file download dialog box.
7. Once the installation process is complete. Clean Access log in screen will come up.
8. Log onto Clean Access Agent by typing in your USP username and password.
