USP IT department has implemented a new password recovery system to help you reset your network logon password if you should forget it or become locked out of the network. In order to use this new feature you must first enroll in the system. To do so, click on the following link and follow the installation instructions. A pop up window will appear. |
USP Password Recovery System Enrollment
Step 1:
A pop-up screen will appear asking you to login. Login with jungle\(your USP Network Login) and your password
Step 2:
Once logged in you will see a message saying you are not enrolled. To enroll click “MyQuestions”
Step 3:
Answer the required question then select two questions from the drop down menu and make up your own question and answer, finally type in your birth date in the mm/dd/yy format and click save.
