Position: Adjunct Clinical Faculty- Ambulatory Care- Part-time
DESCRIPTION
The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy is seeking clinically trained
pharmacists to serve as the preceptors of PharmD students at a variety
of professional practice sites such as ambulatory care, home care,
or other innovative practices throughout southeastern Pennsylvania,
southern New Jersey, and northern Delaware. Responsibilities include
reviewing patient cases and therapeutic topics with students, assessing
their competencies in providing rational drug therapy and interacting
with patients and other health care providers and support of patient
care services as requested by the site. The Philadelphia College
of Pharmacy is the founding College of the University of the Sciences
in Philadelphia. The commitment is 10 to 15 hours per week and is
flexible. Compensation is competitive. A PharmD degree or equivalent
clinical experience is required. Selected individuals will receive
an adjunct faculty appointment. For additional information contact:
