Commencement Award Application

For Confidential Use by the Committee on Commencement Awards and Prizes

Students are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and may be subject for review

A list of Commencement Awards and Prizes may be found in the University catalogue. Commencement Award Applications are for confidential use by the committee on commencement awards and prizes. In order to be considered for a commencement award or prize (as well as selection of Valedictorian), a commencement award application must be submitted electronically through the USP website no later than 11:59 pm March 28, 2008. Award applications will not be accepted after that time. These applications are submitted by each student who wishes consideration.  Students are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, which may be subject to review.

Commencement Award Applications will not be accepted after March 28, 2008 .

There are also awards for excellent student papers in the following areas:

  • Humanities (see Chair of Humanities Department)
  • Social Sciences (See Chair of Social Sciences Department)
  • Pharmacy History (see Chair of Humanities Department)

If you have written an excellent paper in one of these areas during your course of studies here, please see the appropriate Department Chair so that they may consider your paper for an award.
