Q: Can I bring a friend to Wilson Dining Hall?

Sure. Just use your Declining Balance or cash to pay for the extra meal.

Q: Can I use one of my meals to pay for my friend's meal?

Yes, you can take a friend to dinner or weekend lunch using one of your block meals.

Q: Does my Declining Balance expire at the end of each semester?

You can carry over your Declining Balance from the fall to the spring semester as long as you remain on a meal plan that expires at the end of each academic year.

Q: May I add more Declining Balance to my account?

Absolutely. You can add to your Declining Balance (Dining Dollars) in $100 increments. These carry over from semester to semester.

Q: What happens to a Declining Balance that I have remaining?

Your remaining (non-meal) Declining Balance (Dining Dollars) will transfer from semester to semester and from academic year to academic year.

Q: Do you offer student jobs?

Many work-study and part-time positions are available at Pepperazzi’s, McNeil Science and Technology Center, Cappuccino’s, in the Wilson Dining Hall and in our catering department. Just stop by and ask for an application or call 215.895.1146. We offer flexible schedules and competitive wages.

Q: How do I find out my card balance?

Just present your card to the dining service cashier at any of our facilities with your purchase. Your updated balance is available at the time of each transaction.

Q: I lost my card! What now?

It's your responsibility to report your lost or stolen card at once to Public Safety by calling 215.895.1117. Lost cards can be replaced for a $15 fee.
