In game four, Landmesser
served ten straight points as the Devils turned an 8-3 lead into an 18-3
advantage. Dominican followed with seven straight points to make the score
18-10 but this was as close as they would come as the Devils evened the
match at 2-2 with a 30-20 win.
USP jumped out to
a 3-0 lead in the fifth and final game but a 6-3 run by the Lady Chargers
tied the score at 6-6. The game was still tied at 7-7 when kills by Puschak
and Wenderoth gave the Devils a 9-7 lead. DC again tied the game at 9-9
and again at 10-10 when the Devils forced a side out and got another kill
