Dundas Named to CACC Men’s Basketball Honor Roll
PHILADELPHIA, PA – University of the Sciences in Philadelphia men’s Basketball player Keith Dundas (Pennsbury High School/Morrisville, Pa.) was named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men’s Basketball Weekly Honor Roll for his performance for the week ending January 7, 2007.
In two games last week, Dundas, a 6’3” junior, averaged 18 points and seven rebounds per game, leading the Devils to a 1-1 week.
Opening the week with a non-conference game against East Stroudsburg University, Dundas connected on nine of 12 shots from the field and was a perfect 2-for-2 from the free throw line as he recorded a career high 20 points in the Devils 98-94 double overtime loss to the Warriors. Dundas followed his career-high performance with a 16-point, 6-rebound effort against Post University on Saturday, propelling the Devils (6-5) to a 64-57 win.
For the week, Dundas connected on 16 of 23 shots from the field (69.6%) and was perfect from the free throw line (4-4). The junior swingman also recorded one assist and a steal on the week.
The former Pennsbury High School athlete is in his third season of play for the Devils. Keith currently leads the CACC in field goal percentage (60.7%). He ranks fourth on the Devils in scoring (10.8 points per game), third in rebounds (5.4/gm.) and steals (11).
Dundas is a pharmaceutical sciences major at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
