ARC Facilities Request Form

Instructions

The Athletic Recreation Center has a number of areas that may be reserved for usage. Clearance for facility reservations is granted based on facility availability, structured priority and access guidelines, appropriateness of activity and advance notice.

Generally speaking, the Bobby Morgan Arena is reserved for athletics first. The Classroom is reserved for Physical Education Classes between 8am and noon and the recreation gym is often reserved in the evenings for intramurals.

To request an area for usage, please submit a Facility Request Form a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Special requests and equipment needs must be submitted 1 week prior to the event. When completing this form please provide ALL the information requested including alternate choices for times and dates.

If you have any questions regarding dates and times, contact Marc Caserio at 215-596-7432. The Director will contact your group soon after submission as to the status of your request. A permit will be issued if your request is granted, and a pre-event planning meeting date will be set prior to the event. Be advised that, on occasion, permitted requests may need to be changed due to priority group usage.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that compliance with the following is expected:
  • Student groups MUST complete this reservation form with the Student Activities office in Student Affairs
  • Any additional needs (equipment, etc.) MUST be requested one (1) week in advance of the event or may not be available for the event.
  • It is the group's responsibility to arrange for chairs, audio-visual set-ups or other special needs. On occasion there will be incurred costs to cover rentals and staff wages for event needs (i.e. housekeeping, security ...)
