the Group Fitness Instructors
Class Descriptions
Butts and Guts - This is an intense
workout from the waist down! Working the big muscles along with
the abs, low back and obliques this is sure to be one of your
favorites.
Circuit Training - Are you limited
on time? If so, circuit training is the perfect solution. This
30 minute session combines both strength and cardiovascular exercises.
Kickboxing - Bored with the same
old aerobics class? Looking for a high-intensity workout that
will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat.
If so, this 60 minute kickboxing class is for you!
Pilates - A 60 minute body conditioning
session utilizing stretching and strengthening exercises. Designed
to enhance muscle tone, posture, flexibility and balance as well
as the mind.
Spinning - A 40 minute session
of rigorous cardiovascular training using a Johnny G Spinner (modified
stationary bike). Please bring water and a towel. Space is limited
to 15 individuals, so don't be late.
Yoga - Relax, stretch and tone
muscles in this fitness session designed to enhance your mental,
physical and spiritual fitness. This ancient form of exercise
reduces stress, increases flexibility, and improves circulation.
