Degree Audit

This is to inform you that beginning February 1st, 2008 all USP students will have on-line access to Degree Audit. This will enable each of you to view your respective transcripts in “real time”. In this way you will be better able to make informed decisions about course selections and address questions and concerns in a timely fashion. It is hoped this feature will help enhance academic decision making and help each of you to better manage your education.

You can review a list of the requirements for your degree program and those that you’ve met or completed.

Directions for accessing Degree Audit have been included for your use. Simply follow the easy steps outlined below:

1. Go to Web Advisor: https://webad.usip.edu
2. In the “Student” menu, Select “Program Evaluation” under Academic Planning
3. Check your active program
4. At the “What work do you want to include?” select All. This will factor in all courses you’ve completed as well as any courses you’re currently enrolled in and any classes you may have planned in future semesters.
5. Click Submit
6. A page will display your degree audit.
7. Click OK.

Upon review of your Degree Audit, be sure to address any questions or concerns with your Academic Advisor. Your Academic Advisor is committed to your success but you must take the initiative to make it happen.
