Genentech Fellowship
Genentech and University of the Sciences are happy to announce the second annual Genentech Fellowship.
This fellowship, offered by Genentech and University of the Sciences, is designed to provide opportunities for graduate and postgraduates students to build leadership skills and offer rotational experiences that result in well rounded business and leadership professionals. These fellowships are offered and administered through Mayes College of Healthcare Business and Policy.
Program Description
This Genentech Fellowship is a two-year program consisting of various rotations. The first year of the rotation will begin with a mentorship component working alongside senior members of the University's faculty, highlighting areas of managed care, reimbursement, and policy. The remainder of the first year will be broken down into two to three rotations at Federal and/or State agencies such as CMS and PACE as well as industry organizations such as IBX and Aetna (agencies and companies are listed for illustrative purposes and are not intended to represent a guarantee of rotational experience).
The second year of the fellowship will be performed at Genentech Headquarters in San Francisco, CA, working with various parts of the Managed Care and Customer Operations (MCCO) group.
As both years of this program will most likely require the accepted applicant to relocate, expenses related to moving and housing expenses will be paid for.
