A firm foundation for a variety of medical fields
If you have an interest in a medical career of some sort but haven’t yet selected a field, this option can help.
You’ll receive the foundation you need to pursue degree programs in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, microbiology, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology and toxicology, humanities and science, or psychology. These degree programs have served as a firm foundation for many of our graduates to earn post-baccalaureate degrees in medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, podiatry, and optometry.
Careers
Employment opportunities for physicians are expected to increase faster than the average for all occupations due to continued expansion of the healthcare industry. Other medical fields offer promise as well. Career options for pre-med students include:
