Biography
Lauren Czosnowski is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Administration at USP. She also has a clinical practice site at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she works with the hospitalist teaching services.
Dr. Czosnowski earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She went on to complete a pharmacy practice residency and an internal medicine specialty residency at Methodist University Hospital, in conjunction with the University of Tennessee, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Czosnowski teaches in the Case Studies course, serves as an adult medicine preceptor for students at her practice site, and is an active member of ACCP and ASHP.
