The foundations of mathematics and statistics are emphasized in addition to the traditional computer science curriculum. We also highlight Web-based programming and data management in a computer network environment. You’ll conduct a capstone research-based computer science project in your senior year.
This unique academic track combines a strong background in biology and clinical medicine with the advanced knowledge and skills of computer science and information technology. Practical aspects of technology management in modern healthcare systems are emphasized.
